What you eat matters when it comes to your health, performance, body composition, weight loss, and your mind. Meet Lexi, a professional dancer who wanted to lean up and learn how to nutritionally support her dance career. She also wanted to use weight training as a tool to make her a better, stronger dancer.

During her journey, she was excited to learn that eating more food would actually help her have more energy for her performances, but could also help her lean up at the same time. She learned what foods would be most beneficial for her body and how much she actually enjoyed eating cleaner, whole foods that were more nutritionally supportive and made her feel better overall.

7. Ab combo: Plank alt leg raise - 30 seconds. Side plank reach - 30 seconds each side. Spider planks - 30 seconds

9. Smith Machine overhead press
